Received my copy from Amazon yesterday. Brilliantly edited and produced from cover to cover, and the cover also does it - and us - proud. Well done Donna, Doug and all the Whittaker Prize team. A professional job of the highest standard.

Thank you

Mine just arrived. Nicely done! Very pleased to see my work nestled in there amongst such great talent. Appreciated Geoff's comments as well. Thanks for all the effort put in to making this such an outstanding anthology. Cheers, brdrlyn.

Copies were mailed from here to all of the winners towards the end of January. Canada Post is notoriously slow, unfortunately.

Next time, we're going to send them directly from Lulu. It's way faster.

Post is weird. Stuff to Oz and NZ takes two or three days. Stuff to Argentina can take a week. Stuff to/from Canada and the US, up to six weeks.

I'll let you know if it hasn't arrived by Easter. Confused

Aye, it's one of those things that do take a lot of adjusting to after the UK. We've become so used to next day delivery.

A former girlfriend in the US said it took four days or so to deliver a letter from one side of her city to the other. My jaw dropped! It's one thing to cross such huge distances as coast to coast etc, but across a city ... Shocked

The Royal Mail is unbelievably slick compared to the vast majority of nations.

I paid for mine on the Thursday and received in on the Tuesday all the way out here in Oz. It's excellent by the way - I especially enjoyed reading the bios!

Looking forward to the next Whittaker.
