Our book designer has come up with his cover concept based on the fact that THE STIRRED POeT is an ongoing competition. Here's what the spines will look like once you've collected 10 issues:

It looks great.

I'd better start clearing a space on my overcrowded book shelves. It kind of ruins the design if I do my usual thing of squeezing in the new books in the gap between the existing books and the shelf above.

When is the next comp planned for? Next spring?

Odd. The colour goes from red to blue, so of course you read it right to left. Well, I do. Confused

I'm methodical, so number one goes first, on the left, etc. In fact, thinking about it, much as I like the spine picture I'm pretty sure I'd stack them that way regardless ... just the way I am, I suppose. Laughing

Solution: stack them the right way round, Russel, but stand on your head to look at them.
