Looks great. Stick me on the list please... www.davecryer.co.uk
Don't get me mixed up with the .com version as he's a Californian cage fighter (honest) and I'd rather not get my bookings mixed up with his. Mind you, he might not want to do books, drama or writing with a bunch of kids either.
Anyway, I shall be joining in with the Deer as much as possible.
Genius name for it by the way. Sounds like some kind of drunken gatekeeper thought it up between whiskies. _________________ The Sausage Factory | School Workshops |

No, my only tattoo says: "If found, please hand in to police."
Actually, I'd love to meet the other Dave one day - not in the ring though. _________________ The Sausage Factory | School Workshops |

Donna, I don't have a website not being a proper writer and i'm CERTAINLY not published. Does that exclude me from submitting to the Deer? |

I have been writing for quite a number of years and am published. I do not have a website. I don't see any problem.
Good luck. _________________ Smile. Make people wonder what you are up to. |

A lot of the ideology (cor, don't that sound posh) behind the Deer, is that it wants to offer an opportunity for TWI members to get published online.
Whether this is what suits varies from member to member. Some are widely published and think (deservedly) that they only sub to paying sites. Thats fair enough.
To those, the Deer hopes to offer slots for author interviews, maybe reviews or plugs for books.
Others maybe, need a first place to hang their star on their first steps to getting published in the big wide world.
There are story writers, poets and novelists on here. Haiku specialists and readers. It's a wide range and we hope to include them all.
And still others just want to be part of things.
All are equally deserving, and the idea behind The Deer is that we hope it offers a 'shop window' in the internet world, something a little glossy and spiffy to show off the wonderful community that is TWI.
We are insanely proud of TWI and love the place.
We want the world to know why. _________________ sometimes impossibility is only a state of mind, and yes, dammit, I do mind! -DP
