Thanks for the offer Effie. I had the same voucher and I'd forgotten about it until I read your email, which I did befor placing my order.

I'm still waiting for mine but as Scotland seems to have been in stuck in a gridlock for the past week or more, I might have a long wait. I'm away next week at work so maybe by the time I come back, I might have a large pile of internet parcels waiting for me (or rather, Santa ...)
I've managed to pass on the Lulu voucher.
Mattspop - as for Lovefilm - my daughter subscribed a couple of weeks ago - and yes, you've guessed, we've now received a voucher for 2mths free - grr.
Anyway, can't wait for the book to arrive!

At last I've had time to read the book, and what a rewarding and pleasant experience it was! Although I'd read some of the poems and short stories before, as winners of the Whittaker rounds, it was wonderful to see them all gathered together in book form with a few extra pieces I'd not read before.
The variety of topic and form was remarkable and the quality, of course, was uniformly high. I am so proud to have some of my own work included in it alongside more experienced and talented writers.
Many, many thanks to all those who work so hard to run the competition and put together the anthologies. I am already looking forward to next year's Whittaker.

Hi everyone and compliments of the season.
Congrats on another cracking anthology, Donna.
Sorry I've not be around for a while. I've been having battles with my ISP and such lousy internet service that I've often been unable to get on line at all.
Well, that problem seems to be sorted at last *crosses fingers and touches wood*, but now I'm up against a deadline with the UK Inland Revenue to get my belated accounts done before the end of Jan. So I'm probably going to be off-line again for different reasons.
Hope you all had a great Christmas and here's wishing you a healthy and happy New Year.
